Synopsis：

In 1939, boy Mitya Vasilyev finally gets the puppy he long awaited, filled with joy and happiness. But the puppy troubles Mitya's mother and neighbors—it howls loudly for long periods, keeping everyone awake, earning it the nickname "Karuza." However, Toma, a girl Mitya likes, particularly appreciates the puppy's unique vocal abilities. The film focuses on the interactions between Mitya, the puppy Karuza, and Toma, delicately portraying the emotional bond between a child and an animal, and the differing attitudes of those around them towards this "noisy" dog.
